Our History
Founded in September 1992, Nu-West began operations in Saskatoon. Strong southern Saskatchewan customer response allowed us to open our Regina branch early in 1995. With intent and goal of becoming a complete network of solutions focused distribution & fabrication locations throughout Western Canada, Nu-West added an Edmonton location in 1998 followed by Calgary in 2003. Our strategic growth plan continued with our Winnipeg branch opening in late 2005 and Vancouver in early 2006.
Nu-West was founded on Industrial & Commercial Mechanical Insulation, Metal Building and Oilfield Insulation, Concrete Accessories & Restoration including Trench Forming Solutions. These markets are our original DNA. We strategically add only those products that are unique, innovative and bring real value to our customers. Decorative Concrete and Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems are the two additions that fit.
